Sophie Parrot

Sophie studied at La Trobe University, graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2009. She is result driven and believes in working closely with her clients to form a treatment plan that aligns with their individual goals and needs. Her compassionate, hands-on approach focuses on pain relief and providing her clients with the tools needed to manage their issues independently.

Sophie has extensive experience in the treatment and prevention of neck and jaw (TMJ) pain and has a wide network of GPs who refer to her to manage clients with dizziness and vertigo. Her strong passion for evidence-based practice has led Sophie to gain certification in conducting GLA:D group sessions for knee and hip osteoarthritis clients.

Whether it be getting active, enjoying a tailored Clinical Pilates program or simply preventing flare-ups, Sophie is dedicated to aiding people with multiple concerns achieve their goals. Treatment that is timely and accessible is important to Sophie, and therefore she is available for a combination of early mornings and evenings to accommodate busy schedules.

Outside of the practice, Sophie enjoys running, Pilates, watching Essendon play, cooking, and eating chocolate!
