“Having had my own share of injuries through sport (and life) throughout the years, I know how frustrating rehabilitation for both acute and chronic injuries/conditions can be. Empowering someone to achieve their goals or enabling them to return to their previous level of function, or even better, is the most rewarding part of our job and the reason we strive to be the best we can be. Exercise is medicine and I am proud to be a part of this ever-growing movement, working with our other allied health fields.”
